You have a yin-deficient constitution. People with yin deficiency may generally feel fine, but they are prone to experiencing heatiness/internal heat with just a little consumption of fried, roasted, or baked foods, insufficient water intake, or staying up late. Symptoms of yin deficiency include dry mouth and throat, flushed cheeks, heat sensations in the palms, soles, and chest, tidal fever or night sweats, scanty and dark urine, and dry stools, among others. It is recommended that individuals with a yin-deficient constitution regularly consume “Xi De Zi Yin.” Those currently experiencing heatiness/internal heat may first drink “Xian He Xia Liang” or “Qing Re Zi Yin” to clear heat and reduce fire.
